Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Your name and email address are included in the email sent to me so that I can reply to you directly. Form data is not stored in any database and is not used for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The following third-party services process data in connection with this site:

• Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and security services. Cloudflare processes standard web request data (IP addresses, browser information) as part of delivering pages and protecting against abuse.
• Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the contact form to verify that submissions come from real visitors rather than automated bots. Turnstile sends your IP address and browser signals to Cloudflare for verification when the form is submitted.
• Resend delivers the email generated by the contact form. Your name, email address, and message content are transmitted through Resend's email delivery infrastructure.
• Google Tag Manager (server-side) is used for analytics via a server-side deployment on a first-party subdomain. Analytics data is processed server-side and does not set cookies in your browser.
• Fathom Analytics provides privacy-focused website analytics. Fathom does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and processes all data in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

This site contains links to external services including Calendly, LinkedIn, and GitHub. These are third-party websites with their own privacy policies. Clicking these links takes you outside of henriksoderlund.com, and this privacy policy does not apply to those sites.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered as email and are not stored in any server-side database. Email correspondence is retained for the duration necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any subsequent engagement.

Analytics data collected by Fathom and server-side GTM is aggregated and anonymised. No individual visitor profiles are created or retained.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information held about you. To make a request, please contact me at admin@henriksoderlund.com.

This site is operated from Australia. If you are visiting from the European Union or United Kingdom, your data is processed in accordance with the same standards described in this policy.
