Self Portraits…

Self portraits with a TromboniumAfter bringing his new aquisition, the ‘trombonium’, Martin Schippers and I set the photo props up here in my house, to have some fun with it. After a quick camera lesson Martin managed to make some shots that turned out great. Using the existing light of the late afternoon still shining through the window together with a gold reflector, we got some warm feeling to the pictures. We shot these with my 50mm f1.8 lens, and they turned out quite cool. Take a look at this CRAZY instrument!!! Haha, it sounds great for playing jazz though!

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!

To all my visitors I wish the best day, for what’s left of it! Hope you got some roses or dinners or maybe even meet a new closer friend! :-)

Some Adobe Photoshop podcasts for you!

I usually take some minutes of the day to check out my podcasts within iTunes on my computer. I subscribe to a couple of photoshop related ones too since I spend some time wit that program for my photos. There is a new one called Photoshop Killer Tips hosted by Matt Kloskowski which are short small movie clips about good tips in Photoshop. Go there and subscribe via iTunes.

Highly addictive online games

YetSports I was sitting hours yesterday with these games, they are just sooo addictive! Yetisports .
Choose the quick registration in the online games section, and you have some great games that even require your brain sometimes. I love the ‘Part 1 - Pingu throw’ , it is just sooo difficult! Back to it!!

Try GoogleTalk

GoogleTalkFor those of you who run into problems with Skype, VoipBuster or just had enough of MSN messengers bad voice quality, make sure you give the tne GoogleTalk application a try. It features a very simple interface without conference call or webcam support, but provides in many situations a much better voice over IP experience. GoogleTalk requires a GMail account (GoogleMail), which is a hotmail-like webmail service that boasts more than 2600Mb of storage for your emails!! Rather amazing. You cannot open a GMail account just like that; you need to be invited by a friend that already has it (like me).
